"Mark project as finished" - is this permanent?

Once a project is marked as finished, will it still be accessible in any way? Can it be revived or is it gone forever?

You can access them through the admin page

In the projects page, in the admin section, you have the list of all projects, active or not. There, you can re-open a project and get everything as it was.
