What is the most straightforward way for normal users to delete uploaded files? The only way I can see is to move the file into a folder and then delete the folder. I know the "delete" option appears when logged in as the Admin, but it seems like regular users should be able to delete their own files also.
It seems odd that it should be easier for normal users to delete entire folders and all of the contents than it is to delete individual files. Is there a specific reason for this? Thanks.
